bsirk has provided several seminars and lectures for both local and international audiences.  

Our founder, Bruce Tisdale, has appeared several times on local and national television stations for both documentaries on personal training and interviews regarding fitness.  He has appeared on City TV with Judy Haladay, the CBC with Erin Paul, and City TV's Breakfast Television with Anne Rohmer to name a few.  He has performed several seminars for many of Toronto's Corporate elite as well as presentations for visiting delegations from foreign countries.  He organized the Crown Life Participaction 'Challenge of the Stars' in which local celebrities participated in a fitness challenge in 1992. He was the Site Coordinator's Assistant to the Toronto '93 World Indoor Track and Field Championships.  His latest seminar was for the Canadian Personal Trainers Network (2001) in which he was one of the key note speakers.  Bruce was also featured in Canadian Fitness Business Magazine as one of Canada's Top Fitness Professionals.
