Key Benefits

bullet One of the most overlooked services but yet one of the most important.  Before anyone can get started on an exercise routine a detailed consultation should take place.  This is the prime opportunity for the client to get to know the trainer as well as disclose the relevant details of past medical history, injuries, surgery and the primary motivation for utilizing the services of bsirk.
bulletAll bsirk initial consultations are complimentary as not all individuals may be able to immediately participate in our services.  (In some cases the supervision of the client's medical practitioner may be necessary or further assessment or investigations for untreated injuries or illness.)
bulletAll bsirk consultations are held in the utmost confidentiality and no health information with be shared with any other person without the expressed written consent by the individual providing the information.  Our client lists are also kept confidential for the protection of our clients' identities as we work with several high profile individuals, couples or families in both the corporate business world and the entertainment industry.
