What is Yoga Sports?
Yoga sports is sport specific yoga designed to help you not only remain active in your sport, but also to improve your performance.

Restorative exercise can actually enhance your performance.

Each sport specific series will improve your performance by increasing your Strength, Endurance, Flexibility, Agility, Range of Motion, and Lung capacity.

Yoga Sports will reduce the aches and pains in the muscles, joints and tendons that are often strained and subject to overuse. It will also decrease your Healing time and Recovery time from micro-traumas, reducing the likliehood of these developing into more serious issues.

Heather is a certified instructor in both Bikram and Moksha Yoga. She has a B.A. in recreation and physical education and has done Graduate work in sports administration.

Heather has over 20 years of experience in the Fitness Industry.

She has been running both long and short distances competitively since 1980.

Heather also practices both Shiatsu and Reflexology.
