performance.

of Motion, and Lung capacity.
Yoga Sports will reduce the aches and pains in the muscles,
joints and tendons that are often strained and subject to
overuse. It will also decrease your Healing time and Recovery
time from micro-traumas, reducing the likliehood of these
developing into more serious issues.
